Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CertEngine, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Description of Service

• CertEngine is a certificate generation and delivery platform for AIA continuing education programs.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of attendee and related data you upload or enter (including CSV uploads).
• You are responsible for ensuring you are an authorized AIA education provider and that your use of the platform complies with applicable AIA rules and agreements.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
• One account per user unless we expressly permit otherwise.

Payment Terms

• Pay-per-session pricing is as displayed in the product at the time of purchase.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for generated certificates.
• When subscription billing is available, it will be billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Acceptable Use

• You must use CertEngine only for legitimate AIA continuing education purposes.
• You may not upload false, misleading, or fraudulent attendee data.
• You may not misrepresent your status as an AIA education provider or misuse AIA branding or requirements.

Intellectual Property

• CertEngine owns the platform, software, and branding (subject to third-party rights).
• You retain ownership of certificate content and attendee data you provide, subject to the license needed for us to operate the service.
• Use of the AIA logo or marks on certificates is subject to your AIA provider license and applicable guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

• CertEngine is not responsible for AIA compliance issues that arise from your errors, omissions, or misuse of the service.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to fees you paid to CertEngine in the thirty (30) days before the claim arose.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the service or others.
• You may cancel your account at any time as we make available.
